Last year, during our face-to-face IxDF Limassol meetup at Amdocs, we explored where AI helps – and where it doesn’t – across the UX design process. Through lightning talks and a collaborative mapping exercise, we surfaced practical insights grounded in real design work.

This year, we are taking the same idea online – and going straight into action.

What this session is about

This is not a presentation-heavy event. We will jump directly into a shared FigJam board and collaboratively map:

• Where AI meaningfully supports UX work

• Where AI creates friction, risk, or low value

• Which UX activities still benefit most from human judgment

We will look across the full design lifecycle – from research and ideation to testing and handoff – and discuss patterns that emerge.
