💭 WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

As designers, we’re great at improving systems — but it can be hard to make the time to focus on the one we live inside every day: our own workday.

​This workshop is a chance to slow down and reflect on our daily routines, exploring how the right structures and tools can help us balance focus, creativity, and wellbeing.

​We’ll begin with a short demo from our facilitators, who will share their favorite strategies and rituals for staying productive and grounded. Then, you’ll choose your own direction: design a personal productivity dashboard, create reflection prompts, prototype an end-of-day ritual, or develop any other system that supports the way you want to work.

​Leave with a tangible artifact and a renewed sense of intention about how you design, think, and care for yourself in the process.

​This workshop is open to UX & UX-adjacent professionals of all experience levels.
