35. Walk-up-and-use system

A Walk-up-and-use system is a system that needs to be so self-explanatory that first-time or one-time users can use the system effectively without any prior introduction/training.

Examples are automatic teller machines (ATMs), ticket machines, public informations systems, museum displays, etc.
