Before that as software developer for the IBM Deutschland GmbH at their scientific centre. Also many years as project manager and scientific assistant at the Fraunhofer IAO. Visiting lecturer for Software ergonomics at the FH Heilbronn (technical university) as well as editor of the book \"User Interface Tuning\".
