Join us for Thursdays Design events where we will be having for October month the following topic:

Designing for the humans in healthcare
Guest Speaker: Dr Lizette Spangenberg

Lizette is passionate about human-centered design, research, and solving problems. Her PhD thesis focused on improving working environments for healthcare workers, and her day job now focuses on making healthcare more accessible for patients. She's summited Mt Kilimanjaro, travelled to 24 countries, and plays violin. She strives to create beautiful and intuitive experiences on any platform, and to help others learn and grow in the field of design.

Lizette’s TEDx talk has been selected as an Editor's pick, which was shared with their 41.5 million YouTube international subscribers. The TEDx talk explores how human-centered design can make a real difference in healthcare.

Hey everybody,

I just started on IxDF and would love to have taken part in this & learnt from you all! My girlfriend is an OT and I would love to learn what other peoples experience is on this topic because I have attempted to solve some problems that she experience by creating an app for different medical practices. I would like to know what are you suggestions in taking on this topic & what areas should we look at implementing what we know in order to help solve some problems?
