Hi there IxDF fellows in Vienna,

This will surely not be news to the seasoned ones, so here goes a last reminder for some / 1st shout out for others:) For the sixth year in a row, communities from Graz, Vienna, Salzburg, Linz, Klagenfurt, and beyond are joining forces to celebrate World Usability Day!

For IxDF Vienna members & friends, this means we are invited to tune in tomorrow, 13 November 2025 for celebrating human-centred design across the country - connected, collaborative, and community-driven.

Meet the speakers:

- Benedikt Salzbrunn (Program Director UX Management) will speak about "Emerging Human, Not Emerging Tech"

- Anna Resch & Laura-Nadine Kroll (both Junior Researchers) will share insights into "From Challenges to Change: Development of a Smart Sensor System for Environmental Wellbeing in School"

- Thomas Immich (AI Automation & UX Expert) will present "UX in times of AI & Automation"

- Finally, Thomas Grill will lead the panel discussions "Quo Vadis, UX?" about the future of UX (jobs) with all community leads (Christiane Moser, Geanina Turcanu, Christina Willi, Martin Kastler, Johannes Lehner) and the speakers.
