🔧 A practical workshop on cross-functional collaboration
(This event is proudly supported by Interactive Arts Alberta, who generously offered the space).

Join us for a hands-on workshop focused on the real-life dynamics of cross-functional collaboration. We’ll explore how designers, PMs, and devs align (or don’t!), and share tools, habits, and strategies to collaborate more effectively.

  • Small group discussions & scenario-based breakouts

  • Shared insights and real-world experiences

  • Wrap-up with takeaways you can bring back to your team

  • (Optional - not included in the participation fee) lunch nearby to keep the conversation going
