Returning to principles that make designers effective, adaptable and trusted.

A new year is a great opportunity to pause, reset, and be intentional about the kind of UX/UI designers we aspire to be.

This kick-off session brings the community together to reflect on how we present ourselves as designers, strengthen our foundations, and focus on what truly matters in an increasingly complex digital space.

Expect open conversations, shared experiences, and a chance to make sense of what these ideas mean in our day-to-day work and growth, across all levels of the craft.

Come to think, question, and define the year ahead.
