Author: Timothy Koschmann
Timothy Koschmann is a Professor of Medical Education at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He received formal training in Philosophy (B.A., University of Missouri-Kansas City) and Experimental Psychology (M.S., University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) and eventually went on to do research in Artificial Intelligence, completing a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Illinois Institute of Technology, 1987). Koschmann has served on the editorial boards of a variety of scholarly journals, including Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW, Discourse Processes, and the International Journal of Computer Support for Collaborative Learning.
