Evan Welbourne is a doctoral student in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington. He is the grad student lead on The RFID Ecosystem project, an interdisciplinary project which investigates future scenarios for RFID-based consumer applications in connection with technology, business, and society.
