Claudine Bonneau is doctoral candidate and researcher at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Department of Communication. She received a Master of Arts degree in Communication, a postgraduate diploma in Higher Education Pedagogy and a Bachelor degree in Communication at UQAM. She\'s been working in the Internet industry for more than 10 years, mainly in production management, functional specification, ergonomy, online marketing and strategic planning (Ubisoft, Bell Canada, Cyberpresse.ca). Her doctoral investigation involves a case study analysis of the introduction of an open-source online learning platform (Moodle) in university setting. She\'s interested in the innovation processes involved, organizational changes and appropriation by the professors. She\'s currently a lecturer for École des médias (UQAM) in Information and Communication Technologies.
