Not free. RM25 for food. We tumpang UX Malaysia the 1st meetup as they have been established since 2012. Later, we can do it alone and go for free

Hi Hui kok, UX Malaysia is charging for food & logistics. IDF is leveraging on their network and professionals. Hence the fees. Next time if u want to arrange meetup for free can suggest too

Hi Hui Kok & Amin,

This time around, we are riding this meetup with UX Malaysia. UX Malaysia is charging RM25 for food & logistics. IDF would like to leverage on the existing network. Perhaps, we can arrange IDF per se if you guys can offer free space for panel speakers kind of meetup. Please check the tentative program to see if RM 25 is worth or not. Sorry about that. Perhaps, next time IDF can go for coffee which will be on our own expenses.

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
