Joined by some of the most eminent thought leaders in the industry such as Nagesh Devata (APAC Regional VP & Head of Enterprise at Payoneer), Jo Foster (Branding & Design at Smartkarma), Kai Xin (Co-founder and Head of Training at HighSpark), and Daylon Soh (Founder and Educator at CuriousCore) who will be moderating the panel.

In this 1.5hr panel, we will discuss User Experience (UX) optimisation within a business and the impact it can bring. Nagesh Devata is the Asia Pacific Regional Vice-President and Head of Enterprise for Payoneer. He is an advocate for financial inclusion, payment technology and innovation. He has connected millions of small-medium enterprise merchants to accelerate the adoption of financial services. A creative and strategic leader who has worked across regions and cross-functionally, he has proven experience in creating winning partnerships in cross border commerce.

Jo Foster
Branding & Design, Smartkarma

Jo Foster is from the Branding and Design Team of SmartKarma. She champions the need to develop effective design systems and aesthetic visual design. With more than 10 years of experience in the design industry, she has experience producing various design collaterals and has helped SmartKarma develop its brand’s look and feel, by developing its corporate colours, typefaces, website and various design collaterals from scratch. She is a relentless design advocate who is always looking for ways to develop and improve on design systems.

Koh Kai Xin
Co-founder and Head of Training, HighSpark

Koh Kai Xin is the Co-Founder and Head of Training at HighSpark. She believes in the power of visual narratives to help business professionals deliver compelling presentations. Daylon Soh is the Founder and Educator of CuriousCore. As a believer in the power of experiential learning, he aspires to help mid-career professionals smoothly transition into digital industries.
