Meet-Up Details

After an awesome first Brisbane in-person meetup in October, it’s time to gather again. This time we are gathering at Newstead Brewing Co. There is nothing quite like the experience of a local brewery where you come across the spirit and essence of innovation, entrepreneurship and independence integrated seamlessly. Let’s talk about that along with UX design insights that have lit you up recently or challenges that are keeping you up at night.

It’s going to be an informal, cozy meet-up with fellow designers. The meet-up is free to attend and you can order (venue menu PDF) from the bar as you like.

Veteran and experienced designers, and those new to the realm of experience design - all welcome!

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
