Hey Paul, good question. The agenda will be learning through conversation.We can share our resources, experience, advice on the industry or where to gain other skills in this field with each other. We all may come from different industries...but we do have one thing in common - we live in the midwest - even if the conversations aren't all UX focused, it'll still be valuable to connect and start building relationships. Maybe UX Chicago can start to be a thing xD
