Hi all! Please use this discussion thread to discuss Meetup at Minnebar! scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2024. Feel free to ask questions about the place, date and time, agenda of the meeting, or anything else.
Details for the event are nearly finalized. Keep an eye on the main meetup page for updates. Also, donβt forget: a (free) ticket is required for entry! ποΈ
Iβm still seeking a volunteer or two. I donβt really have a list of tasks yet, nor have I done much planning. In addition to needing help with that, Iβll also accept moral support. π
So far, 8+ people expressing interest on this thread, and 20+ people on the official Minnebar page have added their names. This could be a sizable gathering!
Iβm told by the Minnebar organizers that the time of our meetup will be decided two days prior, i.e., on Wednesday, April 17. Iβll post an update here as soon as itβs nailed down.
(If I had known that things would be so uncertain in regards to timing, I may have approached the meetup differently. That said, Iβm going to stick with the current plan and hope for the best.)
