UX/UI Coffee Meetup

Hi all! Please use this conversation thread to discuss UX/UI Coffee Meetup held on Jul 30, 2025. Feel free to ask questions about the place, date and time, agenda of the meeting, or anything else.

Hi! Big thanks for joining our last meeting, it was great to connect and meet you all :)

To keep the conversation going (and make it easier to stay in touch as we agreed), I’ve set up a LinkedIn group: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/11802101/ :)

I’m inside at the moment :) maybe it will be easier to find each other. In the left wing

I’ll be an hour late πŸ™ˆ

hey :) I'll be there, looking forward to meeting you all

Hi! If you're planning to attend the meeting, could you please like my comment? I'd really appreciate it!

I’ll be there with my wife and possibly another friend might join β€” both are UX Designers and former IxDF students :)

heya, really sorry but I’ll be late..

Hey! I got in touch with Megiddo and they don’t take reservations, but they said we can push the tables together, whether we end up sitting inside or outside.

For the first meeting, we can still meet at the cafΓ© since it’ll be more of a casual, get-to-know-each-other kind of thing.

For the next ones, where we’ll be talking more about design, I’ve reserved a space at the library on Rajska 12. I think it can work better for focused conversations, as it won’t be as noisy as a cafΓ© (but we’ll see) :)

Hi guys, is there any update?

Well, it depends on the agenda, but I think it’d be best to choose a location that complements discussions, so it shouldn’t be too crowded or too loud. Probably somewhere in the Old Town, maybe Kazimierz?

IMO, the best coffee in town is served in Megiddo, but it tends to be full, especially in the peak hours. I wonder if it’s possible to have a reservation there.

Megiddo sounds good to me, they have a really nice, spacious space :D I’ll check if the reservation is possible and let you know.

Nice, thanks for the initiative! I hope you won’t mind if there are non-Polish speakers (mΓ³wiΔ™ trochΔ™ po polsku, ale nie potrafiΔ™ jeszcze prowadziΔ‡ skomplikowanych rozmΓ³w :D)

Man, you seem Polish enough to me ;) Jokes aside, this is an inclusive community, and since the whole platform is in English, I bet we’ll find a common language.

sure! non-Polish speakers are welcome as well :D
