The USE Scorecard (short for Usable, Satisfying and Easy) is a simple yet effective tool for evaluating mobile experiences. Simply rate the feature based on how much you agree with each of the statements in the scorecard. For example, consider the statement, “The user is able to easily reverse or continue their task without any problem-solving.” If you strongly agree with this statement, assign the number 2 to this statement. Similarly, go over the other statements and assign numbers based on how much you agree with them (from +2 to -2). Add up the numbers to get a score for each section.
