Sukeshini A. Grandhi

Author: Sukeshini A. Grandhi

Ph.D

Sukeshini A. Grandhi is research associate at the Natural Media and Engineering project focusing on gesture use in the design of technology. She is interested in understanding the use of gestures in social and organizational work processes in technology mediated communication and how this understanding can inform the design of communication technology.

She graduated from the Department of Information Systems, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and was a member of the SmartCampus Group headed by my advisor Dr. Quentin Jones. As part of her's doctoral thesis she explored ways to support interruption management in mobile phone communication.
