Description: When done right, surveys can be a great tool for collecting user feedback and gaining insights. However, the wrong question(s) or survey timing can totally miss the mark.
But fear not. Let's look into some practical (on-site) survey examples, dos and don'ts, and discuss some hands-on steps to building great surveys.
