Welcome to another UX Therapy session.

This time, we're tackling a question that sounds simple but somehow never is:

What is (UX) design, actually?
Design gets reduced to "making things pretty". UX gets confused with UI. And everyone seems to have a different definition ... depending on role, background, or expectations.

In this UX Therapy session, we'll do what therapy is good at:

unpack assumptions
share frustrations
challenge clichés

and talk honestly about how design is understood (and misunderstood)
And yes: it's Carnival Tuesday. There will be Krapfen. (huge thank you to our host Axtesys!)
