How should teams deal with career changers? Curious what bizarre situations HR really has to deal with? We'll go there.

A UX designer interviews an HR expert — raw, honest, and straight to the point. Followed by an "Ask Me Anything" session: Bring your questions about titles, team setup, hiring, firing, career paths, salary negotiations, and everything in between.
