Hi, IxDF Ghent, I’m the new local lead, Sherry. I want to help you get the most out of this community. Let’s start with a 30-minute kick-off meeting. In this online meeting, we will

1. Welcome & Introductions (10–15 mins)

  • Icebreaker: everyone to share one thing they hope to learn or achieve in UX, and (optional) their name, and what they do

2. About this community (15 mins)

  • Brief overview of the members in this community (beginner, senior, high-level managers)

  • What can they expect? You tell me ;) Some ideas are

    • (Bi-)Monthly events (talks, workshops, networking)

    • Access to resources (tools, case studies, articles)

    • Opportunities for peer learning and mentorship

    • Portfolio feedback and career support

I’m here to help you get the most out of this community. So, don’t be shy to bother me with your requests.
