How can design help us bring more empathy, dignity, and connection into the way we care for others? Lets connect online to talk and learn about it!

This month we are looking at Service Design for Care and Community. We’ll kick things off with a short talk from Gauri Tillu. In this talk, Gauri will share how service design can make care and community experiences more human and meaningful. Through stories from her work in dementia care and volunteer engagement, she will reflect on what it means to co-create with people, learn from their lived experiences, and design services that don’t just work well — but genuinely care.

A massive thank you to Gauri Tillu for her informative and engaging talk highlighting her experiences of Service design in care. Her collaborative and empathetic approach not only improved the lives of staff, families and care residents but left a long-term lasting impact and cultural change.
