Hablaremos de los diferentes tipos de Indicadores de Productividad y como estos se relacionan con las Métricas de Experiencia de Usuario (UX), para poder justificar, negociar y presentar las necesidades del usuario de una manera que se entienda a nivel operativo o de desarrollo. Presentando herramientas, casos prácticos y enfoques estratégicos para su uso en proyectos de trabajo y de portafolio.

​Discutiremos cómo contextualizar la toma de decisiones de producto, a quien aplican, y cómo ajustar las expectativas a resultados tangibles, para navegar el dilema clásico de “lo que quiere el usuario” y “lo que el negocio necesita”.
