Hi IxDF Portland Metropolitan Group,

I sincerely apologize for missing our first meeting. A family emergency came up, and I was completely occupied, which caused me to lose track of our scheduled time.

Thank you for your understanding. I'd love to reschedule an online meeting for next week so we can finally connect and talk all things UX. During the video call, we can take a moment to get to know each other, share the UX challenges we're currently facing, and brainstorm potential solutions together.
