Meetup Details

The IxDF Local Groups Kiel and Hamburg are hosting a two-session online workshop series to support UX/UI designers in getting started with their portfolio work.

This series is aimed at designers who want to take the first concrete steps toward a portfolio case but are unsure how to begin, how to frame their work, or how to write a strong problem statement.

Workshop structure:

  • Session 1 – February 4, 7:00 PM
    Introduction to a relevant Interaction Design Foundation course, sharing key learnings and practical input. Together, we will work on understanding, defining, and writing problem statements. The session is highly interactive and based on group exchange.

  • Individual work phase
    Participants will have one week to further develop their portfolio case independently.

  • Session 2 – February 11, 7:00 PM
    Participants share their progress, receive feedback from the group, and discuss challenges and next steps.

    The workshop thrives on collaboration, open discussion, and mutual support.
    Participation is limited to ensure a constructive and focused exchange.
