Завершається третій сезон щорічного менторського проєкту БУДЬ для айтівниць, в якому беруть участь 150+ менті-дизайнерок. Тож на мітапі обговоримо як практики менторства впливають на індустрію дизайну в цілому, і на український дизайн зокрема.

Питання до панельної дискусії:

  • Як змінилося ваше ставлення до дизайну чи до себе як дизайнера після участі в БУДЬ (менторства)?

  • Що стало для вас найбільш несподіваним у менторстві?

  • Чи було відчуття вигоряння? Як ви з цим справлялись?

  • Що ви б хотіли покращити чи змінити в менторській програмі?

  • Чому менторство важливе для розвитку дизайн-спільноти — не лише для конкретних людей, а для країни загалом?
