Dear everyone,

I’m really looking forward to meeting you all tomorrow at our first IxDF Leipzig gathering! Here are the details so you know what to expect:

📍 Meeting Point: Bus stop Schenkendorfstraße (next to Café Grundmann)
🕒 Time: We’ll gather from 14:50, and at 15:00 sharp we’ll walk a few meters together to Café Matschka, August-Bebel-Straße 1, 04275 Leipzig - where I’ve reserved 12 seats for us.

Agenda Overview:

  • 14:50 – 15:00 | Gathering at Schenkendorfstraße bus stop

  • 15:00 – 15:15 | Arrival at Café Matschka, settling in

  • 15:15 – 15:30 | Icebreaking session

  • 15:30 – 16:15 | Sharing & networking about design challenges, projects, and resources

  • 16:15 – 17:15 | Free conversations in smaller groups

  • 17:15 – 18:00 | Reflections & goodbyes ✨

Dress Code: No need to stress — just wear whatever you feel comfortable in. 🌸

💡 And as a small gesture, I’ve prepared goodie bags with pens and mini notepads, in case you’d like to jot down thoughts or inspirations during our conversations.

It’s going to be informal and cozy - the perfect chance to connect, exchange ideas, and get to know each other better.

I'm really looking forward to the meetup on September 6th!

I've been to Leipzig before and I love the city, especially the Leipzig Zoo.

It would be a unique and memorable place to meet and talk about design.

It's a fantastic place for a walk, and it offers plenty of quiet spots where we could chat over a coffee.

What do you think about moving the location from "Not defined yet" to the Leipzig Zoo? We could meet at the main entrance and find a nice cafe inside. It would be a unique and memorable place to meet and talk about design.
