Hi Drew(and others),

I am sorry to have not communicated the agenda earlier. Yeah, the meeting was meant for Friday 10th July but the turn out was poor. I am now consulting the 3 members who have indicated interest whether we should go ahead with the meeting on Thursday 16th by 4pm, Wednesday 22nd by 1pm or Thursday 23rd by 2pm?

I will appreciate your feedback so I can share the agenda.

Sorry for my late reply, I thought this group had died. It's no bother, Thursday 23rd would be the best for me.
