When Psychology Meets UX is an event series created for UX designers and product thinkers who are curious about the human side of decision-making and how it shows up in real products.

We’re excited to welcome you to Talon. One HQ in Berlin for an evening of learning, discussion, and collaboration. This meetup is a space to meet fellow designers, exchange perspectives, and explore how behavioral insights and psychology can meaningfully inform UX work, especially in complex B2B environments.

This edition focuses on intent-driven design and the unique behavioral patterns of B2B users, where the buyer is not always the user, choice is often constrained, and success is measured differently than in B2C products.

What you can expect

You’ll spend the evening exploring how psychology can help make sense of user intent, especially in B2B products where things are rarely straightforward. We’ll talk about why B2B behavior is different from B2C, how designers can work with imperfect insights, and how to turn what we learn about users into better design decisions.

There will also be a short, hands-on exercise where you’ll get to think, discuss, and collaborate with other designers from different backgrounds.

We’ll leave plenty of time at the end to hang out, meet new people, and keep the conversation going over food and drinks.

Event Agenda

18:00 – 18:30 Check Ins
18:30 – 18:45 Event Intro
18:45 – 19:15 Designing for Intent in B2B talk by Aashna Parekh, Senior Product Designer at Talon.one
19:15 – 19:30 Break
19:30 – 20:00 Interactive session
20:00 – 21:00 Networking, food & drinks

This Series

Each month, we mix learning with honest conversations, sharing ideas, tools, and reflections on how behavioral science can shape the way we design and think.
It’s a friendly space to connect, exchange experiences, and grow as more mindful, human-centered designers.

We would love to know if you would like to join us by Sponsoring us, supporting us as a volunteer or taking the stage as a speaker, fill up this quick form, and we'll contacting you.
