📆 Course Club – Week 4: UX as Core to Product Delivery
Hey everyone!

Join us for Week 4 of our Portland IxDF Course Club as we continue the UX Management: Strategy & Tactics course. This week’s theme is UX as Core to Product Delivery, and we’ll be digging into Agile, Lean UX, MVPs, evidence-based design, and what it takes to truly embed UX into product development.

Agenda Highlights:
– How UX fits into Agile and Lean delivery models
– What “viable” really means in MVP
– Best practices and challenges in Agile UX
– Lessons from cross-functional collaboration
– Evangelizing Lean UX and influencing process
– Using data, validation, and personas to build better products

Discussion prompts:

  • What does it take for UX to have a meaningful seat at the delivery table?

  • How can we ensure MVPs are actually usable, not just shippable?

  • What role should UX play in a data- and metric-driven culture?
