Design systems are only as strong as the people, research, and feedback that shape them. In this online meetup, we’ll dive into four key pillars of sustainable, impactful design systems:

  • User Research & Validation: Explore methods for validating decisions across diverse user groups and learn how to create tight feedback loops that keep your system evolving with real-world insights.

  • Measuring Success: Go beyond adoption rates — discover metrics and KPIs that show true user impact and convince leadership of your system’s value.

  • Community & Collaboration: Share strategies for keeping contributors engaged, balancing global standards with local needs, and elevating often-overlooked voices (researchers, QA, accessibility experts).

  • Accessible Design Systems: Discuss whether accessibility should have its own token set or be embedded across all tokens, and see how teams integrate accessibility validation directly into their workflows.

Expect a mix of discussion, sharing, and quick interactive activities. Whether you’re a designer, researcher, developer, or product lead, you’ll leave with practical takeaways and inspiration to improve your design system’s maturity, inclusivity, and business impact.
