Topic: Creating and Upholding UX/CX Operations in a Large-Scale Government Program

Sasha will be sharing how her team built a foundation for scalable research and design by developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and workflows that supported ongoing workstreams and brought consistency across the program. These artifacts not only helped her team operate efficiently during delivery but also served as reusable resources for future research and design efforts.

She’ll cover:

  • How to structure and sustain operations work in UX/CX programs

  • Examples of SOPs and templates that streamlined collaboration

  • Practical tips for planning ahead and ensuring continuity beyond delivery
