15 lutego o 11:00 spotykamy się, by zgłębić procesy badawcze w UX oraz przeanalizować kluczowe metryki UX, które pomagają w ocenie jakości doświadczeń użytkowników i ich wpływu na biznes.

Podczas spotkania:

How do we measure UX to make better business decisions? Which metrics truly impact conversion, retention, and user satisfaction? Let’s dive into these topics at the 3rd IxDF Poznań Hangout!

On February 15 at 11:00 AM, we’ll meet to explore UX research processes and analyze key UX metrics that help assess user experience quality and its business impact.

During the session, we will:

✅ Discuss how to effectively plan research processes in a company

✅ Analyze practical UX metrics, such as:

🔹 Task Success Rate – how many users complete key tasks successfully?

🔹 Time on Task – how efficiently do users achieve their goals?

🔹 NPS & CES – would users recommend the product, and how much effort does it take?

🔹 Bounce Rate & Retention Rate – what do exit and return rates tell us?

✅ Practice one method for measuring UX metrics in real scenarios
