Hey folks!

January, as cliché as that is, can be a good moment to open up a bit of space for thinking about what’s next.

This online session is an opportunity to step back from day-to-day work and reflect on the directions you’d like to explore in your career during 2026. We’ll focus on possibilities, skills to develop, paths to lean into, and opportunities you might want to make room for - and translate those into a small set of clear, realistic goals.

The session is structured but relaxed, with time to think quietly and share only if you feel comfortable. It’s designed to work well whether you’re actively planning your next step or simply curious about what could be ahead.

Hey Katrina! We're going to re-schedule the meet-up as a couple other people messaged me that they were off, so it was just three of us on the call (and I had to jump off to a client call - it's all happening :)). Let me know what day would be best for you folks and I'll set up a new one.
