Thank you for starting this conversation! The idea of a January 4, 2025, meetup is exciting, but since I was recently appointed as Local Leader, I’m still in the early stages of planning.

I aim to host our first meetup in a couple of weeks or later in January to ensure everything is well-organized and meaningful for the community.

In the meantime, I’d love to hear your thoughts:
→ What topics or activities would you like to see at the first meetup?
→ Do you have any suggestions for a location that’s convenient and accessible for everyone?

I’ll update you with details as they come together—stay tuned! Let’s make this first meetup a fantastic start to 2025.

Hello Thania and groupmembers.
I was not suggesting the meetup for January 4th, 2025, but January 17th.
If you are preparing the first meet up for another day, it is OK, let me know when it will took place and I will try to participate.
The topics I would like to know other group members, what are they at (in UX design), the issues they are facing, an -of course- how are they dealing in those situations.
