Odysseas Sekkas received his B.Sc. in Informatics from the Department of Informatics & Telecommunications at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece in 2003. Afterwards, he attended the Postgraduate Program of the same Department and received his M.Sc. in Communication Systems and Data Networks in 2005. Nowadays he is a Ph.D. candidate in the above Department in the research area of Pervasive Computing and especially in Context-Aware Data Management. He is also member of the Pervasive Computing Research Group (p-comp) and the Communication Networks Laboratory (CNL) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has participated in several projects founded by European and National founded research projects. His research interests are mainly focused in the areas of pervasive and mobile computing, wireless sensor networks and data fusion.
