Meet-Up Details

IxDF San Diego, will present a workshop on usability testing with a limited budget.

Reserve your spot on Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/usability-testing-on-a-limited-budget-tickets-617453318497

Usability testing is crucial for creating successful products. However, many believe that it is too expensive to implement and therefore rarely perform it. The truth is, you don't need expensive labs and consultant. You can use a streamlined approach to validate your ideas at any stage of development. You will be able to test often, reducing development costs by catching mistakes early on.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How to set up your testing program with a limited budget

  • How to write successful scenarios

  • How to ask the right questions in the right way

  • How to measure the usability results

  • How to share the results effectively

  • and more

You will leave with helpful resources, templates and actionable tips you can implement immediately

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
