Nicole currently works as a UX Designer at IBM’s Technology Garage for Design. Nicole designs systems and ideas for clients across industries, leveraging her diverse background to maximize client experiences and custom solutions. Nicole recently made the successful transition into UX from a background in Sales and wants to share her tips and thought for success based on her journey.
