Mediante un caso de éxito, el invitado aborda las diferentes situaciones y momentos que podría afrontar durante la definición de un producto o servicio digital; y cómo tomar mejores decisiones para que nuestros productos sean más relevantes, eficientes y efectivos, cómo se pueden abordar proyectos digitales de una forma más holística y estratégica.

Luis Alveart
Diseñador UX Senior con 15 años de experiencia en diseño digital y más de trece años trabajando con proyectos centrados en el usuario.

Ha trabajado desde diferentes frentes dentro de esta disciplina, como la Arquitectura de Información, Diseño de Interacción, Product Architecture y Product Management. Lidera equipos multidisciplinarios para la ideación, definición y desarrollo de productos y servicios digitales para industrias como banca, entretenimiento, eCommerce, medios de comunicación, desarrollo de software, transporte, consumo masivo y startups.

Apasionado por el Design Thinking, la Investigación con Usuarios y la Co-creación. tiene amplias capacidades utilizando marcos y metodologías colaborativas para incentivar la innovación. Trabaja con diferentes metodologías ágiles, incluyendo Scrum, Kanban, SAFe y Design Sprints.

Scrum Master y UX-PM certificado. Actualmente cursa el "Product Management Executive Program Certification" en el Hass School of Business de la Universidad de California, Berkeley.
