Meet-Up Details

Hi everyone, we met today and we decided on a project to work on together based on the survey @Han sent.Based on the Survey the Project topic that had the highest point is- Climate App (Measuring Carbon Emissions)We hope you join us in working to get to an MVP.

From a Community Focus Perspective
Following the project chosen in our previous discussion, it will be the central theme of our community's meetings for the next 20 weeks, which is approximately 5 months. We plan to use a structured approach over 6 weeks to create a digital solution for the specific issue we've identified. Considering that this is a

  • Side project for everyone involved which is different from their typical full time job

  • And given that this community is open to anyone who would like to be involved in the project at any point in time.

  • Also taking holidays into account, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, boxing day and the new year

I've allocated a total of 18 weeks for work, with an additional 2 weeks set aside as a cushion.
Which means we hope to have a tangible project outcome (MVP) by the 15th of March 2024, at the latest.

18th of October 2023 - 15th of March 2024Task before we meet in 2 weeks.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
