Meetup Details

The research team at NerdWallet started like most research teams do: by helping product teams with individual projects. But it wasn’t enough—the process was too slow and didn’t provide enough consumer insight.

Over the past year, NerdWallet has transformed its Research Team by embedding researchers into its PED (product, engineering and design) pods. This experiment has increased the speed and results of the product teams. In this webinar, Jeff will cover the pros and cons of NerdWallet’s embedded research structure, their learnings on working with product designers and PMs, as well as the toolkit of techniques they have developed to maximize speed and insights.
