Meet-Up Details

Important: this FREE event, for designers and coders of all skill levels, requires attending via the MeetUp page.

It seems like only large companies with big budgets have the capacity to create and maintain a thriving Design System. I'll let you in on a secret: they're struggling just as much as you. But it doesn't have to be so hard, and it works even for the smallest of projects. I'll show you the fundamentals of how to grow a Design System for real—not just some pristine Figma files or code snippets like the next guy.

Hi all!

I am new to UX and new to Manchester (ish - I've been here for a while but I was skint before and there's covid now so still haven't got to do nearly as much exploring as I'd like to). I am super keen to get involved in social UXing events! Is this a webinar that SocialCode are hosting or what is going on? Any advice welcome :)

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
