Meet-Up Details

Hi IxDF Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), I am proposing to meet online for a session of learning and networking. The objective for this meet-up is to hear the experiences of each other. Share our best practices and any relevant knowledge along with networking with our co-designers.

The pandemic and the recent lockdown has killed my buzz. I won’t be surprised if that’s something happening with you too (:P). I am looking forward to meet you all and boost my creative energy.

I am proposing the meet-up on 27th June, 2021 (Sunday) from 3.00 - 4.00PM IST via Google Meet (link to google meet shared below).

Feel free to share this link with even your non-IDF peers. It’ll be great to have a larger turn-out.

Please suggest if you would like to propose a better time or venue.

I am looking forward to this meet-up :)

Thanks,
Pranay

Meet-Up Discussion

Hi all! Please use this discussion thread to discuss Life of UX: Journey as a Designer held on Jun 27, 2021. Feel free to ask questions about the place, date and time, agenda of the meeting, or anything else.

Hi guys,
I am looking forward to meeting you all tomorrow.
I was thinking to have a small agenda for our meeting.
I’ll speak my mind. Please feel free to add to it.
1. Introduction
2. Share positive/negative experiences of being a designer (in current org or since the start of your career)
3. Exchanging best practices, guides for professional life
4. Networking :)

While I've written them down as points, they are merely suggestive for all the things we can do.

Keeping the fourth point in mind, I am attaching a link here, to a Google Doc that could become a repository for us to connect and help each other professionally, if possible. I would also encourage us to share it with more people, perhaps not just digital designers, but ALL designers. Having a network of like-minded people always helps :)

I have shared my details in the sheet, if anyone would like to connect.
NOTE: It’s totally optional and it’s a matter of your choice.

Let’s get together tomorrow!
oh… it’s actually today :D

Ciao.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
