Meet-Up Details

Hi IxDF Utrecht, on Thursday October 20 we had a lean coffee which appears to be a great format for these meetups because we can co-create the agenda, vote for the topics to discuss and we are less depending on the number of people joining. So I would like to do this again in November. There are three kind requests:

  1. Think about 1 - 3 topics you would like to discuss

  2. Be on time

  3. Decline the meeting when you initially accepted but cannot make it so we have an idea if we need to wait a little or if we can start.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
