Hi IxDF Philly UXers,

I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we need to reschedule our virtual hangout originally planned for Tuesday, December 17th at 6:00 PM Eastern.

The new date and time for the session will be:
Wednesday, December 18th at 6:00 PM Eastern.

What to expect:

  • We’ve put together an engaging and interactive agenda to make the most of our time together:

    1. Welcome & Introductions (5 minutes)

      • Kick off with a quick introduction and an icebreaker.

    2. Mini Presentation: Setting the Stage (5 minutes)

      • Brief overview of key challenges and opportunities in design today.

    3. Breakout Session 1: AI and Our Craft (10 minutes)

      • Discuss how AI tools like Figma are reshaping design.

      • Share insights in breakout rooms and regroup for highlights.

    4. Breakout Session 2: Growth vs. Meaning (10 minutes)

      • Explore how to balance metrics with meaningful user experiences.

      • Short breakout discussions with share-outs.

    5. Breakout Session 3: Building Community and Connection (10 minutes)

      • Brainstorm ideas for strengthening our local UX community in 2025.

    6. Wrap-Up & Reflection (10 minutes)

      • Share key takeaways and one word to describe the future of design.
