Dear all,

I apologize for the delayed answer! I have to say that its the first time I'm organizing a meet-up with the Interaction Design Foundation, so I'm new to the procedure...

A topic that I find quite relevant and would like to discuss with you is collaboration on and off-line. In particular I'm interested in how artists and creatives collaborate to create digital and multimedia content that bares the expressivity of all the participants.

Here are some questions that can be a starting point for our discussion:

- How to maintain the social ties built during a temporary collaboration and maintain a sense of community even after a specific project is completed?

- How to transfer the off-line / real life social interactions on-line.

- How to build-up an adaptive community in which the leadership is distributed.

Please let me know what you think and hope to "talk" to you at 19:00 Milan / Italy time.
