Last week was good turnaround and we loved talking about
the following topics:

What’s next in 2021 and how are we preparing ourselves?
In addition to your job what other things are you creatively involved in/working on?
How to make the most out of virtual conferences.
Favorite design tool.
Other skills you would like to learn related to design?

Today's Lean Coffee was all about Design communities.

UXCC, Design Buddies, adplist (good for career development and feedback on your work)
User Research Academy (good for sharing for user research methods)
AIGA (visual design)
UXPA (mentors/menteeship and local events)
Leaders of Awesomeness, Give Good UX, Interaction Design Foundation
Designed Today (slack and podcast)

We also discussed about a new app one of our members is volunteering with.Its called Covid Watch App- is an exposure notification app that is live in Arizona. The Product & User Research team has conducted research to assess people's concerns and attitudes about COVID-19.
