Good evening everyone,
It's getting cold but a good excuse to start the day with some hot Lean Coffee discussions. Thank you, members, and non-members who made it.

Here's a quick roundup on topics we discussed today:

  • How to advance your career
  • Best resources for resume building
  • Interview tips
  • Portfolio presentation and talking about your work internally
  • Job switch while working remotely
  • When is the good time to switch the company?

    To sum it all, conversations were all round Job search, interviews, staying put, or move on to new opportunities.
